All-around great place to work

Pros

High level of flexibility. Great working environment. Staff and agents work with you. Great communication between the local departments and management. All around positive environment and comfortable place to be.

Cons

Compass is growing fast, so there are some growing pains. Plans are made and implemented quickly and communication can suffer at times between regions. Large improvements over the past few months have made this less of an issue however.

Pros

I am constantly amazed by the intelligence, positivity and collegiality of my colleagues. Management places a significant emphasis on company culture and employee happiness. The company's leaders listen to employee feedback and make changes where possible. Overall, a fantastic place to work!

Cons

Work can be demanding and management has high expectations, but hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Pros

One thing kept impressing me throughout these years at Compass is the quality of people it brings in, from technology, to operations and from support to sales. It's fascinating to receive help as well as challenges from a wide range thoughtful people. It makes me feel that I kept learning new things as time goes. Another area that the company excels is the determination to change and adapt. It's probably rooted in the culture that executive leadership team of the company acknowledges that few of them were real estate experts and therefore it's important to learn and improve from feedbacks of industrial experts.

Cons

Similar to many fast growing startups, the resource and maturity of operation occasionally fall behind to the speed of its growth, putting work under pressure and process at frequent evolvements. Luckily more so than not, we managed to go through these situations with successful results and the resulting achievements are rewarding.
