Pros

Compass has an amazing company culture. Everyone is very friendly and there is a sense of collaboration and community that I have not felt at previous employers. There onboarding and orientation process is AMAZING and really makes you feel like you are part of something special. I have been in my new role for a few weeks and I am absolutely loving it. I would highly recommend Compass to anyone who is looking for an amazing company culture, challenging and stimulating work and an overall awesome environment.

Cons

I honestly have not encountered any downsides to working at Compass. It has been a great experience so far.

Pros

At Compass you will work with the best-in-class people in every department. Everyone is so skilled in what they do and come from the true institutions of their respective field. Here we not only build the future of real estate, we summon it.

Cons

The only con I have run into while working at Compass is explaining how an art director/designer functions in the real estate industry, and actually enjoys doing it. It's a role that has been completely overlooked in this industry until Compass.

Incredible job security (especially for being in the startup phase); best-in-class talent; high investment in company culture all the way up to the executive level.

Cons

Promotions are generally a very tough fight; work/life balance isn't very well-distributed across roles (some seem to have it; others not as much).
