Pros
- Great people to work with - Learn a lot about the real estate industry - Employees are incredibly supportive of eachother - Excellent opportunities to network with agents
Cons
- The job titles don't explain exactly how much work you're actually going to be doing - You will be underpaid unless you really fight for it in the beginning - You are definitely expected to put your head down and work without asking questions Essentially, this company is great for the customers (agents) and a great brokerage for them to be apart of but it seems that they grew too fast and lost touch with what their employees actually need. They need more people working and better pay.
