great people challenging and interesting work

unbelievably mismanaged top to bottom not a tech company lots of politics zero transparency or accountability constant layoffs priorities change every few months zero direction or unity did I say no accountability yet? the most senior leaders do whatever they want with no context, drive the company into the ground, and then they continue to rise up. lots of line to mid-level leaders are great, but the top is not. i would recommend you stay far away from this company. the execs are already selling shares even though our stock is at an all-time low. morale is absolutely gutted.

Plenty of opportunities to learn while doing your boss's job

Cons

No work / life balance. No respect of personal time. No parental leave or allowance to use leave unless it's already accrued. Tied into corporate for evaluation increases meaning no matter how well you've got your account running you'll only receive an increase percentage based on the standing of Compass as a whole. Really motivates you to go above and beyond to sacrifice your time and effort.
