      Pros

      The company treats its employees like people to be invested in and not people to be used. They invest in your leadership development, genuinely care about you as a person, and make sure you are in the right fit in your role. The vision of offering the best possible care for our clients and influencing the industry standards across the nation is one I can get behind!

      Cons

      No cons! I love my job! In Social work, there are always challenges, but they are worth it knowing what we are bringing to the lives of those we serve.

      Supportive Supervisor, somewhat low pay

      Pros

      Can be a very laid-back job. My supervisor was amazing. When my car broke down he drove me back and forth to work for nearly a month. If you enjoy helping people and being a supportive person in their life, you will likely enjoy this job.

      Cons

      Clients and staff aren’t always matched well. I wasn’t reimbursed for a daily 30 minute commute one-way. You have to use your own vehicle, which can put a lot of miles on your car.

      Nothing, none, nada, zilch, zero.

      Cons

      Run entirely by religious zealots, must belong to the owners' personal inner circle to make it anywhere. You can see it right there on their own website. If an employee has a problem, they are offered counseling through their pastor. Absolutely no commitment to DEI, prayer time is included in every meeting, wage and compliance violations through the roof.
