Compass brings purpose and hope. It is a place of generosity and possiblity. We work diligently to see indivduals we serve and those that serve thrive. I have been here for 14 years and stand by this being the best career decision of my life.

Cons

We deal with the ups and downs of this service industry, but we lean into team work and always come out on top, so no cons.

I've worked for this company for over half of my life because I believe in what they do and they excellence with which they do it. The leaders in this company are the best in the industry and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

Cons

Caregiving is an emotionally demanding job, It is not for the faint of heart.

A Positive work environment is maintained, The Clients are the main focus with playing success and independence at the front. Compass's second focus is to train and support staff by providing the best possible care. Compass has an open communication style for conflict resolution in a supportive and objective manner.

Cons

Not all staff earn PTO, they only receive sick time.
