      Pros

      We get to make a difference every day in people's lives! The culture of honor is palpable at Compass. Compass compensates well giving regular raises and opportunities to promote. Highly recommend working for Compass!

      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over 16 years, I have loved this field for for over half my life and I have worked for other agencies in this field. This job can be hard but working at Compass has allowed me to do what I love while providing me an incredible community and support system. I never feel alone even on the hardest days. I have been continually developed and poured into. Compass has a high value for personal growth. I have been forever changed

      Because I love what I do I have no cons. Be warned to work here you must love people and be open to receive feedback.

      It's an honor to be a part of an organization that is focused on lifting others up and helping clients reach their full potential. Not only that, they take care of their employees! I feel seen and cared for here.

      Cons

      It is social work and social work can be messy. Some of our regulations can be challenging to manage as well.
