      Pros

      Supportive Management District managers and coworkers supportive and enjoyable to work with. Work-Life Balance Full-time hours with schedules planned in advance, which helps with personal planning. Compass Self Storage provides comprehensive training, especially for sales associates, which is helpful for those new to the industry Bonus Potential Some roles offer uncapped monthly bonuses, which can be a strong incentive for performance. Benefits PTO, paid holidays, lunch breaks, and health benefits including dental and vision.

      Pros

      Work is not hard and is steady income. Hours and days are always the same. Not a lot of coworkers to deal with in person.

      Cons

      Terrible middle management not being held accountable for actions. New management comes in and fires everyone. Training program is poor, no room to grow out of store level, pay is poor, they will change the projections to make up their own loses out of the pockets of their employees, very little support from management. Customers get rate increases ever 6 months which causes conflict on store level.

      Our training program is very thorough and our professional management teams are second to none in the industry. The company is growing and constantly promoting within. Employees are treated well and rewarded for their hard work.
