      Lots of support from management. Extensive training. Fair amount of autonomy.

      Cons

      Customers can be crazy and you have the potential to be forced to deal with everything from kind, sweet customers, to angry customers, to human excrement and filth, it's a luck of the draw.

      401k match is only 1% -went from work from home 2 days down to 1 day now. Forced to take an hour lunch.
