Pros

Amazing owner and company who treats all employees like family. Flexible schedule with paid time off, health benefits, unlimited bonus potential, and room to grow in the company. I started as a Manager and was promoted to GM, then-District Trainer, and now Area Manager. Great place to work!!

Cons

After sitting here trying to think of the downsides to working here I'm at a loss.
