      Compass Self Storage is part of a vastly growing industry, yet they maintain the heart of a mom and pops business, which makes working at Compass, the best of both worlds. The CEO of Compass is an honorable man, his respect and genuine care for each employee provides unique support in the work place that can often be missing in large growth based businesses. There is room in for advancement and opportunities and the CEO himself wants to support every individual in their own successes.

      Always find something to be grateful for and there will never be any "cons" your life.

      Pros

      Make your own schedule. Has health benefits but they are expensive. Independent work load.

      Cons

      Upper management puts a lot of stress on its lower level employees. The company has a marketing department but still expects the bottom level people to take care of all the marketing. Upper management plays favorites and overlook hard working people for advancement and reward opportunities.
