Low salary based on the amount of responsibility and work, bonuses are relative to the District Manager's forecast so some locations are given advantages over others. Male employee led locations consistently made bonus because their stores had easy to achieve numbers; female led locations made very little, if any, bonus at all. Males were started at higher base rates, too. Almost no upward mobility. In my tenure, there were 2 opportunities for advancement and both went to males. You will work weekends and most holidays without overtime pay; you are given another day off instead of the extra pay. Rent increases are frequent so you deal with angry customers almost every day. Most locations in the region where I worked had very high employee turnover and it was mostly females who left, due to the salary disparities and lack of opportunity for advancement.
