Pay is great, a good learning experience.

Benefits are ridiculously priced. District Manager is quick to pick favorites and ignore all policies when it comes to their favorite.

Pros

It's not a hard job. There is a lot of pressure to sell units but you can learn how to do it in a few days.

Cons

While it's not hard it's not a good place to work they are very disorganized. It also depends on your district manager. We used to have a DM that ran monthly activities for her staff. You would see here every week in your store and if you didn't she would call to check in with you. Then we got a new guy no more company parties and no more communication. Since he came to our district he has promoted his wife twice and the districts bonus numbers have gone down hill. You do get insurance but it's really expensive and you don't get a lot of coverage for what you pay for.
