Overburden of workload for very small compensation and no benefits

experience builder, opportunity to fix poor processes, strong culture and treats everyone like family

Cons

unorganized, no clear expectations, not an integrated company, no standards, work overload for one person with little salary,rewards, benefits for all the work completed.

Great - With the right people

Pros

The company has many stores, with a strong community feeling. When you are working alongside the right people, it is a very positive experience. The company hires by recommendation predominantly, which is likely why the family atmosphere is maintained even with the size of the company. Upper-management is good at communicating goals with the staff. Bonuses can make a month VERY worthwhile. Some properties have built-in apartments that you can live in Rent-free.

Cons

The company offers no retirement or Health Benefits. The goals can be absurd to reach for Bonuses. Raises are the exception, and definitely not the rule. Your raise is "In your bonus". Advancement past General Manager is virtually unheard of.

There is a poor source of leadership at this company.
