Easy to do as long as you get up and do the work. Laid back environment. Computer systems easy to use and navigate. Low stress

Cons

Pay isn't great there are bonus programs as long as you hit goals. Benefits are expensive $200 a pay check, $175 copay for single person. No room for advancement. No Saturdays off, not a huge deal, but every once in a while would be nice.

Owner very involved, family orientated

Cons

Never make the bonus, next to impossible. Regional Manager for the south east is a constant micro manager, he leaves you zero time to actually take care of customers.
