PTO bonuses flexible schedule lots of competitions for extra bonuses owner seems great

Cons

First off let me just say I love my job. HOWEVER the manager is never there leaving me to do everything. I need a raise and title since I'm the one running the site and they are well aware.

Solo coverage sometimes can be a bit stressful due to us only having 2 employees per store but it makes the day go by extremely fast.
