Our training program is very thorough and our professional management teams are second to none in the industry. The company is growing and constantly promoting within. Employees are treated well and rewarded for their hard work.

Make your own schedule. Has health benefits but they are expensive. Independent work load.

Cons

Upper management puts a lot of stress on its lower level employees. The company has a marketing department but still expects the bottom level people to take care of all the marketing. Upper management plays favorites and overlook hard working people for advancement and reward opportunities.
