Pay was fair If you are in the click, you will do fine Hospice philosophy was honored The supervisor had to go in the field too Prayer call in morning was good

Cons

Clicks were present unfair treatment The holiday working arrangements was so unfair Reimbursement for mileage was confusing Didn’t know who was on 1st Too much confusion

I'm not sure I have any cons. They were always very supportive and there was always someone to call and discuss difficult cases with.
