Everyone is welcoming and willing to help you with any problems that may arise. Lots of perks such as parties, buffet lunches and exclusive interviews. Can write about anything you'd like if the quality of writing is up to par. No dress code (for the most part).

Cons

Curating certain content from other sites can be a drag occasionally.

Everyone is very young, cool, and open to new ideas. Pay is pretty good, which you can't say about some similar publications.

Cons

A lot of miscommunication or just a straight up lack of communication, especially when it comes to big changes. Decisions are made and then announced all of the sudden.

One of the best publishers and in-house marketing teams in the city. Work with great talent in-house, they do have some smart leaders and you will work with the biggest brands in world.

Cons

Career and personal growth are limited. They do not push to help you get a balanced life, and with what the request annual perks are not sufficient to a positive balance with work hustle and life. Negative environment at times and questionable behavior by leadership. They oversteps boundaries from time to time.
