Pros

-Most people were very nice and willing to help!

Cons

-There were a few people higher up who created tension and a hostile drama-flled environment -Were not organized when it came to training or deadlines. There was a major learning curve at first, and that devolved into having to drop everything to focus on closest deadline. -Little opportunity for advancement

Pros

The customer facing people in the organization from direct sales, implementation and project management, training and customer service are excellent and demonstrate that they truly care and want the customer to have a very positive experience

Cons

Executive Team doesn't have industry experience, knowledge or relationships (industry and legislative) to understand a complex, federal and state regulated market place. Product performance has been a major issue and stumbling block to company growth, meeting revenue targets and employee compensation and satisfaction. Development release dates are chronically missed causing both employee and customer frustration. Promises (both orally and contractually) have led to a negative impression in the marketplace, loss of good personnel, customer disatisfaction and loss of business as well as previous and future customer litigation. The company is run with an "ivory tower mentality" and from a spreadsheet to meet inestor demands....... not market demand and satisfaction

Pros

-hours are standard (my current territory is the west coast so my day is 10-6) -awesome open environment - wonderful learning opportunity I have developed some awesome sales skills and everyone is pretty laid back and eager to help in any way.

Cons

It's in Schaumburg, sometimes the commute plus number of calls a day can be draining.... though there is always coffee ready!
