      Pros

      Treated with respect and shown how much you are valued as an employee. Interesting work as a software developer getting to work on many varied and different projects. Lots of opportunities to learn new and varied skills and technical knowledge.

      Cons

      The company has grown so quickly that there is always more work to do and can sometimes get a bit chaotic. So you have to enjoy the challenge of switching between projects frequently.

      Pros

      I am with company for more than 3 years. Very friendly and flexible work environment. You will never be left unrecognized. You will get lots of helping hands whenever needed from the dev team and Management as well. Great vision and road map on the product being developed

      Cons

      Being a small team means multiple tasks. That might not be welcoming for everyone
