      Pros

      Great people, it's like a family. Great products that solve real-world problems. Working here feels like what we do will make a difference in people's life.

      Cons

      With small companies come big challenges. Sometimes, it requires people to wear multiple hats at the same time. This is great for people that are looking for challenges like me, less for people that want to do the same thing over and over.
