Good people, free health insurance, there’s always something new going on, constantly changing/improving, flexible work hours

Cons

High expectations but lack of structure, Not enough employees to keep up with the amount of work in a timely manner so longer work hours are expected.

Unlimited Overtime for non salary, but salary employees expected to work overtime hours.

Cons

Lacks structure in quality assurance. Pace at which parts are pushed for repair leads to a high rework rate. Salary employees have to clock in, even for lunch.
