Great pay and benefits also a great place to grow many people went from the shop floor to high management jobs during the time I was there. But mostly regardless to what you may read here about management not caring is not true!! I went threw a stressful time in my life and started smoking and CRT is a non nicotine company. At any rate CRT did not fire me in fact they sent me for help also held many meetings with me trying to help me threw my troubles but at the end at that point I just couldn't get past the nicotine addiction and I resigned.

Cons

Not sure if this is a con. But as in any shop there is a few bad apples. But as I understand CRT has taken note and has removed some of the trouble makers.

The insurance policy is wonderful here. The people are also very nice, and you have a lot of room for improvement and growth if you take the right steps.

Cons

The rules around clocking in and out are a bit too strict.

I worked for another local company (20 plus years of service) to work at CRT. What a difference. Some of the benefits: opportunities to use my skills and abilities in my work, health care/medical benefits, good communication amongst employees, work is interesting and challenging - the stuff that's exciting and you will take pride in.

Cons

Opportunity to move onto 1st Shift.
