      Its a lot of work and can be overwhelming at times, but still well worth the effort.

      Pros

      Autonomous, family oriented, laid back. I really enjoy most of the people I work with and look forward to coming into work. They provide numerous opportunities to better yourself.

      Cons

      Sometimes the food that is provided isn't the best. My desk is positioned where in the afternoon, there is a massive glare on my screen.
