Pros
As an engineer, our product has quite a wide tech stack so there is a lot of good learning opportunities that you can jump into by spending some time in any given area of the product. There has been a lot of growth in the company lately and from the time I've worked here, there's probably no better time to jump on board than right now. The product is a great fit for the market, and in our domain is still quite young. I see a good amount of room for growth in the expansion of the product. Achieving a good work life / personal life balance is quite obtainable here. There is the occasional crunch, but management has been very fair about allowing time off for recovery days if needing to work a weekend, or if needed for personal/family reasons. We have an unlimited vacation day policy here, and I have had no issues with the system at all, just use common sense. All in all, management has been quite good lately and is very fair. Great group of people work here, they're great to both work with and also have fun / hang out with. Company culture is great and I feel like we're all treated fairly and respectfully.
Cons
There were some questionable management decisions earlier but for quite a while now things have gone a lot smoother. The team we have right now from junior engineers up up to management & execs feels like a very solid team now. There are a lot of places that we can improve upon in our development related processes which were left as-is for too long. We are in the process of addressing these and dedicating time towards making things smoother for everyone.

Great group of people, all focused on solving some really large and meaningful problems. The team works hard to be candid and forthright with each other, which enables better teamwork and results.
Cons
As with any startup, there are growing pains. Each of us needs to take initiative, which some people love, some don't. Overall, if you're looking to grow yourself and your career, Comprehend is a good bet.
