In fighting and scrambling for promotion/credit No team work and horrific culture No vision for how to market/talk about their product

Thank you for your feedback. Comprehend just hired an internal Human Resources team that will eliminate a lot of concern listed here. Having internal HR personnel will help by having someone dedicated to really understand the business, what its drivers are, it’s objectives, its needs and the needs of the people within the business. Immature Leaders Blame Others, Lack Integrity

Pros

- Used to have a great team (there are fewer now everyday) - Location in Redwood City - Pain experienced by target customers is real

Cons

- Leadership doesn't know how to lead, but does know how to blame - Management promotes shady practices like clearly writing their own glassdoor reviews

Pros

- Great benefits and market level comp - Smart People who are actually nice and enjoy their jobs - Great workspace and culture. You can challenge ideas and people are respectful. - Have identified a real marketplace need and are addressing it with a great product - Strong management team that is close to the company

Cons

Communication across groups could be better. Things move and change fast given the size of the company, so its hard to keep up with what is happening unless you have your ear to the ground.
