Pros

- Feedback is a conversation and leaderships is communicative but not intrusive - Lots of work means many opportunities to shine on small teams - No micromanagement allows you to take initiative and achieve best results in projects/tasks - Good benefits and managers make you/your work feel appreciated and valued

Cons

- Uncommunicative people might not enjoy the open atmosphere of the office - Can be difficult to separate from your laptop after work - Would be use to have a product demo for all new employees regardless of the group they work in

Pros

Founders are good people and are still with company Founders try to instill a fun culture Lots of food in the kitchen Provide lunch every day

Cons

Lots of new management came in and only the worst survived Head of Development, CFO, VP of Customer Success left after very short stints Intense pressure used by the new managers Lost a widow of opportunity when the company had the market to themselves and now the space is over crowed Just had a round of layoffs in August.

Pros

A classic start-up tech company with a very unique vision for helping life science companies transform the lives of their patients. The two founders are still with the company and are very committed to executing to the original vision of the company. They have recruited a strong and experienced executive team that know how to execute.

Cons

It's a start-up so you gotta be prepared to do some heavy lifting! It pays to be a self-starter and to be willing to go the extra mile. your colleagues will appreciate it.
