Pros
I loved the guys on the team. Strong process with ITIL and ITSM. Network was run to give access to the applications, making it application-centric.
Cons
Parts of the network were broken beyond repair. Stakeholders refused to consider recommended fixes. Enterprise Architects punted on issues important to the application users. Application monitoring insufficient. Ate staff alive who cared. Poor benefits, little advancement. Compucom management was too busy chasing fads and selling out to OfficeMax.
