      Benefits, work from home option for certain positions

      Cons

      Incompetent managers, really lousy and too many internal systems that do different steps but don't talk to each other, raises are rare.

      Job Safety, you will not asked to leave until it is a huge disaster,. Even if they lose the project they move you to different projects.

      Cons

      Manger Driven company and not policy driven, Management and HR both are good for nothing.
