Another valuable skill you will learn is how to train your overseas replacement. You get to start that process immediately. They call it a "knowledge base" and associate those training activities with "ITIL".

The CEO's hands are pretty much tied by the Bain Capital style (spinoff -THL)"Slash and Burn" Board of Directors. Once the investors have slashed and burned and squeezed all the cash and talent out of the company, saddled it with all the debt they can get their hands on, and outsourced virtually every tech job overseas, it will likely go belly up. Give it probably another 2 years.
