Good pay Always learning Wide availability of tools. Employer provided laptop Occasionally can work from home

Device and at times corrosive political environment 2 contract companies compete against one another Employees caught in the crossfire Constant pressure to meet Microsoft's stringent performance requirements - which are updated and the bar is raised every week. You your achievements and accomplishments mean nothing if one customer rates a survey poorly
