*Flexible work schedule and remote work available. This makes for a perfect work life balance during these challenging times *Strong communication from the Executive Team *Smooth, easy and quick interview to hire process *Extremely knowledgeable and helpful team members *Austin office is located in a beautiful, modern building right by the Domain. *Unlimited PTO

Cons

*The multiple interview process was a little tough but was also a benefit as I was able to meet my team members and the Executives. *Pay is lower than my previous job but is still competitive with the market.

Good Benefits. Mid management is open and easy to talk to but are overwhelmed themselves so are not always available

Cons

Communication within the company could be better. Too many projects happening all at once. You must be willing to dive into your assignment with little or no training and learn as you go.
