Pros

The staff is comprised of mostly kind people, and I made some great friends working here. There were a couple people with rough personalities, but no company’s going to have staff that’s easy to get along with 100% of the time.

Cons

I moved away so I could no longer work here.

I really miss the culture there

Pros

I miss the company culture and the family atmosphere; no gossip or competition, just passionate hard workers who were there to do their jobs. I had opportunities to advance within the company, but I couldn’t see myself working in a lab long-term.

Cons

I don’t like lab work as much as I thought I would so this wasn’t a good fit for me.
