This was my first job at a lab, and I have fond memories of working here. I got plenty of on-the-job training, and it was the best possible ways to gain experience.

Cons

Coming into this job was intimidating. Lab environments set high expectations from the get-go, but they pushed me to put out my best work.

When anyone in a leadership position says they’re going to do something, you can bet it’s going to get done. There’s no empty promises here, especially when it comes to raises and promotions.

Cons

The culture is more professional than friendly. It’s not a con for some people, but I’ve seen it rub a few people the wrong way throughout the years.
