      They understand a work life balance! Recently underwent a company wide salary adjustment, so salaries are much more competitive. Great benefits to start off with. There is a ton of opportunity for growth!

      Very flexible and understanding of a single mothers demands outside of work and willing to work with you on scheduling of time to work.

      Cons

      30 min lunch. Could be longer as there is no good place to eat that isn't a bit of a drive from its location.
