There are no down side as such . The reimbursements were getting low so they are laying employees.

The company used to be wonderful. Ed Doucette was a good CEO - However, he has retired.

Cons

Merit/yearly raises have been taken for quite a while now. Educational reimbursement is only available if you are working directly in the lab for your specific position - NOT for administration or office personnel.
