Management is amazing here! I can’t attribute it to anything else. I’ve worked at several different labs throughout the country and this has been the best of all of them. The pay, facilities, and equipment are all comparable and I enjoyed working with my coworkers in each, but it’s the management at CompuNet that sets it apart. They go above and beyond for employees and are always available to discuss anything you’d like: career aspirations, company policies, ideas to improve productivity, anything. Working for people who let you see them as equals and who treat you like an equal is game changing.

Large company with great experience to be gained and mobility.

I applied with the company because I heard that it was a great place for lab techs who are just starting out in their careers to get concrete work experience. I expected to stay for maybe a year, learn everything I could, and then look elsewhere. But after 2 years with the company I can’t imagine leaving. CompuNet has everything I could want. The facilities are excellent. Expectations are reasonable. My coworkers are friendly and they pay as well as every other lab in the area. I don’t see any reason to leave.

You’ll definitely learn how to be a tech. You’ll get to do a lot.
