      No Maturity, No Clarity, No Vision for the company

      Work would be cool in few projects

      Management doesn't listen to the employees problems Management encourages hitlers and monocrats Company doesn't have proper vision, you would be in the same place even after 10 years as there is no learning curve Management recruits employees with no interviews even at Sr Management level. You can understand about the next levels as it favours its kith and kin Employees recruited for one technology work for something else Overall people get disgusted and await for someother good oppurtunity

      As they are not so transparent, there are lot of opportunities for a good leader to showcase his capabilities They onboard people easily They even recruit people without any relevancy to the profile or the project First time bargaining is the best bargain in this company

      Non-Transparent culture Unethical and Immatured HR's. The current HR is immatured to the power of infinity, showoff to the power of zero and capability to the power of none Biased towards their known employees Retention to the power of known limits and attrition to the power of ethical limits They pick people on one skill and assign to other responsibilities without judging if he is minimal capable Anyone joining here, kindly beware of the faulty bloomy imaginative pictures shown

      Very good company for freshers to start their career with as CompuGain provides excellent training facilities; encourages highly committed, dedicated and hardworking individuals to take up more challenging responsibilities; growing company and hence you can grow with the company; Two-way communication; open door policy; upper management always welcomes suggestions from the employees. CompuGain has changed it's leadership style, strategy and approach to success and it's helping them to be more competitive and successful.
