      Pros

      The staff here is AMAZING. I like the fact that everyone is realistic and down to earth. Professionalism is very much so in tact and the compensation is very competitive. There aren't to many companies that check out across the board in these categories.

      I have zero complaints, my business dealings with Compugain have been very good.

      Pros

      The people in my department. My co-workers are a great group of people and we all get along very well.

      Cons

      Management is wishy washy and makes very reactive decisions. They say they care about employees but they treat them badly. They expect this ridiculous amount of loyalty to the company but when they no longer have any use for you, you get tossed out like garbage. The owner of the company is totally paranoid that everyone is out to get him.

      Pros

      Engaging and interactive work environment. As with many smaller companies, there is room to make your own opportunities at this company and those who are hungry to succeed will. There is a good level of appreciation for a job well done, especially if you are creative and able to attack your responsibilities in such a way.

      Cons

      There seems to be some issues with the transparency with SOME of the upper management. As this is a small company everyone shares the same office space and often when many of the managements' doors are closed the atmosphere can become uneasy. There doesn't seem to be a set process for releasing information to the company employees and often times other actions take place before anything is said and that causes people to speculate.
