      Work Culture is great. Gives good number of holidays and vacations

      Not much chances to learn new things Recruit persons who are not skilled enough for the job People play so much of politics Everyone tries to boss around

      Pros

      They provide good compensation but again it depends on how much you can negotiate in the begining. The benefits are good in terms of vacation and sick days.

      Cons

      no appreciation of work done....no promotions or salary increase...if you lose your project they don't help you getting another one

      Pros

      1) CompuGain is a place where the sky is the limit, if one is interested in upgrading your skills, there is always an opportunity 2) Work environment and culture are pretty good and flexible 3) Employees who are interested to exploring new technologies or concepts can contribute to developing internal IP 4) Experienced and long standing employees, provide lot of support in mentoring junior team members

      Cons

      Different people have different experiences and perspectives, but none that I can think off.
