Varied technical spread of projects. Great opportunities are provided to learn and work across various technologies. A sense of job security is immense . No talent has ever been gone unrecognized. Accessible and very friendly senior management.

Pros

Management provides an environment where excellence, hard work is rewarded. Great place to work and provides job security. There is a good and healthy mix of customers, projects spread across various domains, technology stack and also has a healthy mix of small, medium, large projects which allow movement of resources across projects. Overall a great company to work with with most of the employees staying more than five years and some of them more than 10 years.
