Pros

They provide good compensation but again it depends on how much you can negotiate in the begining. The benefits are good in terms of vacation and sick days.

Cons

no appreciation of work done....no promotions or salary increase...if you lose your project they don't help you getting another one

Lack of clear direction from the top management. Top management likes to hear what they want to hear not what they need to hear. Real lack of employee growth opportunities. Favoritism - Rude behavior from favorite employees tolerated/ encouraged
