Everyone is very helpful and supportive! The products CATI carries(3D Printing, 3D scanning) apply to a wide variety of industries which keeps selling interesting. Co-workers and managers notice when you work hard, have a desire to learn and ask good questions.

Cons

Initially, there is a lot to learn about the products. Luckily, CATI provides good training and learning tools to help with this.

Wonderful people to work with, simply a compendium of knowledge. Computer Aided Technology is a company that gives a person the opportunity to grow through good hard work and initiative. If you are the type of person who seeks to expand yourself worth and loves the challenge of exploring your limits, than CATI is the place to be.

Cons

To a person who seeks an easy paycheck and doesn't want to make waves, working at CATI can be intimidating and at times overbearing. With a 4.0 way of thinking, this company progresses at the rate of cutting edge technology.

Pros

Macro Managed not Micro. Great place to learn time management, new skills and team building. Self starter environment. I always felt as part of a team even at a remote location. Management has their priorities straight and family always came first.

Cons

Can be a lack of communication at times. Path for growth was always a bit cloudy. Training of systems could always use improvement.
