6yFor employees with 1 - 5 years employment, CATI offers 10 days’ vacation, 10 days PTO, 2 floating holidays, 8 paid holidays, paid jury duty leave, paid bereavement leave. In addition, we recently added up to 2 days of paid time off for volunteering for a charity that is tracked as part of PTO. As for benefits, CATI offers 100% employer paid vision for employee plus any dependents, 100% employer paid short- and long-term disability. 100% employer paid basic life insurance. CATI offers a generous cost share for medical (currently BlueCross BlueShield). For example, the cost for the employee only high deductible health plan is $25 per pay period (semi-monthly) for the employee portion.
