Computer Aided Technology reviews about "benefit"

As a growing company, it's often difficult to get organized, which is understandable. CATI acquired MCAD Technologies, the company I mainly worked for, and a year later acquired another company, but I don't think there was enough time in between to get everything sorted (systems, employees, communication), especially when it came to roles and responsibilities. After the two acquisitions, we were left with three directors in my department, leaving little growth for me within the marketing department. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to further my career and pursue another job. Having multiple directors and no true leader led to a team who did not communicate well. Communication across departments was another major issue.

In my position I was in one of the remote offices and while I had enough to keep my busy I didn't frequently speak with my boss who was based in the corporate office. While that actually worked to my benefit I could see that being an issue for others.

Like many companies, CATI struggles with communication. Some of this may be due to growth, but it seems more systemic than that. Unsure about advancement opportunities outside of corporate.

Communication can be difficult but I also work from home.
