There is no experience required, the environment is somewhat relaxing, the staff is generally very easy going, and the company occasionally provides special thank you lunches.

Cons

You are likely not going to get an entirely favorable work schedule, you don't get any benefits until after 3 months of work

In 3 months you can learn a ton, great place to gain some knowledge and move along to the next job opportunity. Co-workers are helpful, easy to work with and great at passing knowledge along.

Cons

Horrible pay, filthy work environment. Management and team leads are not on the same page. Management preaches customer service, team leads hound you about metrics, even though your numbers are great they'll nitpick and chip away at your confidence and ability to effectively do your job. Team leads and Lead Techs are extremely lazy, no one wants to do their job and everything falls on the agents shoulders and that's not good when the agent is being paid so VERY little.
