Good management The salary is paid in time Steady work hours and over time is paid

Cons

Bonus plans are good but aside from that(at least where i worked in Romania) the salary didn't improve with experience.

No raises, if u qualified for an incentive and we're moving on and would not be employed at the time of the payout u were eliminated from the incentive
