Pros

The hours are quite flexible since most parts are open for long hours.

Cons

You don't have a set schedule, you are promised a break every two hours but many times you only get a break after 5 hours, if you miss a break because of a call you lose the break, and many times you have to stay overtime, which is compensated, but not worth it. The job becomes consuming and toxic very fast.

It's a very friendly environment, with a young team, and it's a perfect place to make friends and to start your career in the corporate world

Cons

It can be quite stressful, as there are days where the calls are back-to-back from the minute you log in until the minute you log out
