Pros
There were literally no pros to working here - upper management is a small cadre of thugs.
Cons
Company does everything they can to steal from their employees. If you get laid off (there's a great chance - if you're on the bench for 2 weeks, you're considered worthless), they will not reimburse accrued vacation. You'll wait months before health benefits kick in. Nice plan they came up with to cut down on costs, seeing how they have trouble keeping anyone longer than the grace period. Will promise you bonuses if you work 70+ hours a week -- then cry poverty when you deliver - give some excuse why bonuses aren't being paid. I don't know if I can express this in clearer terms - if you get a call from a CGS recruiter, run the other way. If you work there, good luck in planning your escape. At least take solace in the fact that you're not the first to be lied to during the interview process, and to realize too late that you've just made a big, big mistake. Realize anyone around you with any talent is also figuring out the fastest way over that wall...
